Kungsbacka Arena

Client: Kungsbacka municipality

RSD identified and calculated a basis for a possible tenant mix regarding the commercial premises in the future Kungsbacka Arena. RSD’s analysis and calculations are a basis for decisions in the next step regarding the arena, design, concept and final market position. Concepts, implementation and which tenants will in the long run establish in the arena, are based on the decisions made in the next step.
